Pricing
Rates vary depending on the season and demand, with prices starting from 100,00€ per night. Please enquire with your preferred travel dates to receive an accurate quotation for your stay.

Tourist tax (mandatory): 15,00€ per night. Known as "Climate Crisis Resilience Tax", this tax is imposed by the Greek Government and is collected on its behalf. It is paid in full to the tax authorities and is not retained by the property. The charge is payable separately from the accommodation rate.

Mid-stay cleaning service (optional): 30,00€ per visit. This includes cleaning of the property and replacement of bed linen and towels upon request.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations made at least 60 days before arrival are eligible for a full refund, while a 50% refund is available for cancellations made at least 30 days before arrival. Cancellations made on shorter notice are non-refundable.

The property offers self check-in and self check-out only.

Check-in is available from 15:00 and check-out is by 10:00.

Smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Unfortunately, the property is not suitable for children under the age of 5.

Pets are not permitted, with the exception of assistance dogs.
